Hello and welcome to my website! I am a
full service realtor specializing for many years in real property located in
the North Florida area. My expertise expends to buying, selling and
managing real property. I am fluent in Spanish and English and have worked
with families from all over the United States and many other counties.
I am an active member of
the Lake city Bard of Realtors, and have my Broker’s License
from the State of Florida. Being a licensed Broker places me a cut above
the rest, since less than 1% of real estate licensees hold a Broker’s
license. I have received the GRI designation and a state registration as
a Florida Registered Real Estate Appraiser Trainee. Furthermore, I am
familiar with the short sale and foreclosure process, having listed and sold
many properties. I seek
continual education and professional development in order to stay abreast of
the market and to better assist my clients.
